Our local membership represents decades of child care for communities in the Greater Toronto Area. We are early childhood educators, cooks, and child care workers that have aligned our values to our professional efforts. Our strength is community strength.
COORDINATED Bargaining
In addition to our centre-specific bargaining proposals, CUPE 2484 workers have committed to coordinating their efforts in support of 5 common proposals that reflect the basic conditions all child care workers need to provide high quality early learning & care.
Reciprocal SUPPORT
People need community. We appreciate your support and the space we hold as part of your lives. We invite families, operators, and community members to learn more about our Raising the Floor campaign, as we continue to provide essential services.
